What did we serve?
Complete Taco Celebration for 100 guests.
The final menu split the 100 portions across chicken, beef and tofu. Corn and flour tortillas were to be labelled separately. The order also recorded dietary requests; these event-specific arrangements are not a general allergen-free guarantee.
Chips and guacamole, churros with chocolate dip, assorted drinks and disposables were included in this order. Serving utensils were also included. The final delivery reminder used the updated sixth-floor location.
How was delivery planned?
The final reminder specified a 10:45–11:10 AM delivery/setup window and sixth-floor meeting rooms. Security access was noted, and parking, unloading and check-in instructions were requested before arrival.
What did the customer say?
Arianne reported positive food feedback, on-time delivery and interest in future orders. She also passed along a practical suggestion: flat plates would have worked better for tacos than compartmentalised plates. Her feedback is reproduced with that qualification intact.
“The event was great, the feedback on the food was amazing, many really enjoyed the food and said it tasted very good! Some have already asked for your contact information for future events. The only other feedback I received was that flat plates would have been better for the tacos as opposed to the compartmentalized plates. Otherwise the delivery went well, and it was on time. We will be ordering again in the future.”
