La Rio's Fresh Mexican Grill ("we") respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you use larios.ca, choose cookie settings and request catering.

What we collect

When you submit a quote request or contact us, we collect the details you provide — your name, email, phone, company, event date, guest count, location and any notes. Every accepted website inquiry receives a unique submission reference.

If you grant advertising consent, we may also collect campaign parameters, a Google click identifier, the referring page and landing page. If you grant analytics consent, Google Analytics may collect information about how the site is used. We record your consent choice and when it was made. We do not sell your information.

How we use it

We use your inquiry information to respond, prepare quotes, fulfill orders and follow up about your event. We may store it in our customer-management tools for these purposes.

When advertising consent is granted, we may use the submission reference, campaign information and privacy-protected contact identifiers to tell Google Ads that an inquiry progressed to a quote or confirmed catering order. This helps us measure advertising results. It does not add your contact details to the ad or expose them in our website analytics.

Cookies and measurement choices

Optional analytics and advertising storage are denied until you make a choice. You can accept or decline optional cookies and change the choice later using the Cookie settings button. Declining optional cookies does not prevent you from requesting a quote.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, communicate, manage inquiries and measure advertising, and only as needed for those purposes. These providers may include our website host, email and team-notification services, Attio, Google Analytics and Google Ads. We do not share your details for unrelated third-party marketing.

Retention and safeguards

We retain inquiry and transaction information for as long as reasonably needed to serve you, operate our business and meet legal or accounting requirements. Access is limited to the systems and people who need it for those purposes.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent for future optional measurement, by emailing catering@larios.ca. Some records may need to be retained where required by law.
