Terms of Service

These terms apply to catering orders placed with La Rio's Fresh Mexican Grill.

Quotes & orders

Quotes are estimates until confirmed. Final pricing depends on your menu, guest count, add-ons, delivery and 13% HST. We cater for a minimum of 10 guests.

AI messaging concierge

Our text concierge may use AI to answer common questions, collect event details and provide a planning estimate. AI responses do not confirm availability, create an order, issue an invoice or finalize a booking. If a bot response conflicts with a written quote confirmed by our catering team, the human-confirmed written quote controls.

Booking & payment

An order is confirmed when La Rio's accepts the approved quote. Payment is due on the event date unless the approved quote or invoice states otherwise.

Changes & cancellations

Guest counts and menu details can be adjusted up to a reasonable lead time before your event. Cancellations close to the event date may be non-refundable once preparation has begun — contact us as early as possible.

Delivery & service

We provide food, delivery and basic buffet setup. On-site serving staff, alcohol and custom desserts are outside our standard scope.

Allergies

We accommodate common dietary needs and label accordingly, but our kitchen handles allergens; tell us about severe allergies in advance so we can advise.
