The proposed Holiday Fiesta menu is $26 CAD per person. The proposed Premium Holiday Feast is $31 CAD per person. Delivery and 13% HST are additional. Prices, portions and availability are confirmed in a written quote.
The proposed package includes two appetizers, two protein choices, Mexican vegetable rice, black beans, corn tortillas, cheese, chips and salsa, fresh toppings, sauces, and churros with chocolate dip. Disposable plates, cutlery and napkins are included in the proposed price.
The organizer selects two appetizers and two proteins for the group. Guests build their own tacos or bowls from the buffet. The Premium Holiday Feast replaces one standard protein with barbacoa or shrimp and adds street-corn cups.
Churros with chocolate dip are included in the proposed package. You can request Pumpkin Latte Cream Cake or Caramel Chocolate Brownie instead. Alternative availability and any price adjustment are confirmed in your quote. Share any allergies before finalizing.
Request separately packaged meals for guests who need them, with quantities and allergy details. Vegetarian, vegan, halal, gluten-free and dairy-free choices are reviewed by item and preparation requirements; the full buffet does not carry every dietary designation.
