How much does fajita catering cost in Toronto?
The Classic Chicken Fajita Bar is $15 per person, the Signature Chicken & Shredded Beef package is $18 per person, and the Fiesta Trio with chicken, shredded beef and shrimp is $21 per person. Delivery, optional add-ons and 13% HST are separate.
What is included in the fajita bar?
Every package includes sautéed green peppers and onions, three soft flour tortillas per person, Mexican rice, black beans, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, sour cream and green salsa. Signature also includes chips and salsa, while Fiesta Trio adds guacamole.
What is the minimum fajita catering order?
The minimum is 10 guests. Send the event date, requested serving time, headcount and delivery address so availability and logistics can be confirmed in writing.
Is the fajita bar halal?
The grilled chicken is halal. La Rio's does not currently make a public halal claim for the fajita shredded beef. Share any certification, preparation or cross-contact requirement before booking so the team can confirm the right menu.
Can the fajita bar accommodate vegan or gluten-free guests?
Seasoned tofu or additional fajita vegetables can be requested as a vegetarian or vegan substitution. Ask about corn-tortilla availability for a gluten-free-friendly build, and share allergies and handling requirements before finalizing.
Do you deliver and set up the fajita buffet?
Yes. Food is delivered hot in catering trays with basic setup for a self-serve buffet. Use $40 as the standard Toronto delivery planning figure; the written quote confirms the final delivery fee and logistics.
Can I order fajita catering on the same day?
Yes. Same-day catering is 100% guaranteed when the order is placed at least four hours before the requested event time.
Does the standard fajita package include servers?
No. The standard service is hot delivery with basic setup for a self-serve buffet. Staffing, on-site cooking, ongoing service and teardown must be discussed separately before booking.

What carries the halal claim
The grilled chicken is halal and gluten-free. The current public halal claim does not include fajita shredded beef. If your event requires specific certification, preparation or cross-contact handling, include it in the quote request.
