Standard buffet catering includes hot trays and basic setup for self-service. Staff staying to serve, replenishment, on-site cooking and cleanup are not standard inclusions. The host should arrange who manages the food and cleanup.
Complete Taco Celebration and Complete Mixed Feast include disposable plates, cutlery and napkins. Taco Fiesta does not; add them for $0.50 per person.
