Catering is available for 10 or more guests. Availability and every operational detail are confirmed in the approved quote.
2. Choose a format
Pick a taco bar, burrito bowl buffet, mixed taco-and-bowl bar or individually packaged burrito bowls. La Rio's can recommend a format from your schedule and room.
3. Document dietary needs
Give the quantity required for each protein or dietary selection and disclose allergies, certification needs and preparation requirements before the menu is finalized.
4. Approve the quote
The written quote confirms availability, menu, quantities, delivery, add-ons and tax. Payment is due on the event date unless the approved quote or invoice states otherwise.
5. Receive the order
Buffet food arrives hot in catering trays with basic setup for a self-serve line. Packaged bowls arrive ready for distribution and clearly labelled.

How far in advance should I order?
Request the quote as early as you can, especially for a large event or a busy date. Lead time is not guaranteed until La Rio's confirms availability for your date, menu and location.
What does standard delivery and setup include?
Buffet food is delivered hot in catering trays with basic setup for a self-serve line. Staffing, on-site cooking, ongoing service and teardown are not included in the standard service.
How much is delivery?
Use $40 as the standard Toronto planning figure and $60 for larger or more complex deliveries. The final fee depends on the location and logistics and is confirmed in the written quote.
When is payment due?
Payment is due on the event date unless the approved quote or invoice states otherwise. HST applies to catering invoices.
Can I change the guest count or menu after approving the quote?
Ask as soon as possible. A change is accepted only after La Rio's confirms the revised quantity, menu, availability and price in writing.
Can one order include halal and vegan choices?
Yes. Halal chicken and ground beef and vegan tofu or bean-and-corn can be included. Share the quantity required for each choice and any certification, allergy or handling requirements.
